For the consideration of our staff and clients on the waiting list, we ask that you contact Tantrum Salon 48 hours prior to your scheduled hair appointment for any changes or cancellations of your appointment. Your appointment time is valuable and has been reserved specifically for you. Failure to provide sufficient notice may mean a result in a charge equal to 50% of the missed service amount, if we are unable to fill your time slot. No Shows/No Calls will be charged 100% of the missed service amount. Payment will be expected before we can book any other further appointments for you. Multiple absences for reserved appointments will result in a credit card required for booking future appointments.

Pre-booking your service with us in advance is highly recommended as our staff are highly recommended and have only limited space to fit in with your time. To avoid disappointment or to obtain a time that works best for your schedule, please consult with your stylist or esthetician about booking standing appointments.

If you will be late for your appointment, please notify the salon/spa as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your service however; the time allotted to your service may be restricted or rescheduled if you are more than 10 minutes late. Arriving late will lessen the value of your service and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. If time is critical to your schedule on a certain day, please make us aware of your schedule when booking your appointment as we can try and accommodate as best as possible. Your time is important to us as well as ours.

Tantrum Salon & Spa Gift Certificates are available to purchase for any dollar amount or services. Any Specials on combined services that are purchased can not be split up. If you do want to use you Gift Certificate and split up services that were purchased as a special, you may do so but the Gift Certificate then becomes a dollar amount. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN GIFT CERTIFICATES. No exceptions. In order to redeem your Gift certificate, you must present the original Gift Certificate. Any services purchased has a one year expire date, thereafter the Gift Certificate becomes a dollar amount.
